Welcome to the Twin Lakes neighborhood! Twin Lakes is located off of East Apalachee Parkway, in Leon County, Florida. The neighborhood is just outside of the Tallahassee City limits, but only minutes from downtown, shopping, entertainment and parks. The neighborhood has a natural setting with many live oak trees amongst the 84 homes. The homes were built in the 1980's and are a mixture of single family houses and townhouses. It is a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. |

Garbage and recyclables are collected at the curb once a week on Wednesdays in Twin Lakes. The containers used for garbage and recycling collection tend to clutter the right of way and are not aesthetically pleasing. Please remember to only put yours out the day prior to pick-up and pull it back from the street the evening of your service day. Please DO not put out bulky items for collection unless you have contacted Waste Management for a special pick-up.
